We are Building Envelope and Roofing Consultants for both existing buildings and new construction of all sizes. We provide services to a diverse range of clients across British Columbia and Alberta including building owners, developers, architectural firms, engineering firms, property management companies, strata owners and housing associations.

In addition, the varying backgrounds of our field staff ensure a deep pool of knowledge and innovative design and knowledge of unique buildings and systems. Our firm participates in regular product knowledge seminars to keep abreast of the rapidly evolving industry. In addition we provide an open forum for discussion of unique details and improvements in existing designs. This policy has resulted in leading edge detail design. We believe our detail design combined with our testing and inspection methodologies thoroughly address all issues regarding the building envelope. We have worked on several LEED evaluated buildings and we have an in-house Passivehaus Designer/Consultant on staff. While this path may not be chosen, it gives us the flexibility to incorporate materials that achieve performance based metrics, providing further flexibility to the design and construction of any project.
